All litigants, counsels, parties and other courts are allowed to file their cases to the official Court of Appeals email address in compliance with the Guidelines on submission of electronic copies of pleadings and other court submissions filed before the Court of Appeals pursuant to A.M. no. 10-3-7-SC and A.M. no. 11-9-4 SC. Cases filed personally, registered or accredited courier should also file within 24 hours an electronic PDF copy to comply with the guidelines.
