Prioritize public service by enhancing the accessibility of the court to all litigants, especially the marginalized, the disabled, and the poor, to ensure a non-discriminatory administration of justice that promotes inclusivity.

Engage all external and internal clients, allied agencies in law enforcement, and partners in good governance to strengthen the country's judicial system. Adopt a system that would hasten the delivery of services in both adjudicative and administrative process.
