eternal evanescence

By J. Magdangal M. de Leon

limpid eyes mirror a thousand sparkles
yearning for the stars
naiads on gossamer wings sip the
nectar on your lips as
mists of dawn shimmer with raiments of
pristine daylight

rippling rivulets of ravishing radiance
ineffably freshen your
ever beguiling smile, enthralled, bewitched by
lustrous pearls abounding

evanescent yet eternal, behold such
pure incandescence

astride your magical dreams, you will find a
rainbowed heart, hearkening
to the dulcet musings of a paradise
of lost awakenings
